Compensation: Hourly Rate - $65-$70 ($135,000 - $145,000)

- Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications based on current evidence-based practice.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.
- Conducting regular follow-ups to evaluate patients' medication needs or physical health status.
- Providing psychotherapy services to patients.
- Educating patients and their families about mental health and wellness.
- Valid Pennsylvania state licensure as a PMHNP.
- Understanding of psychotherapy principles and other evidence-based clinical interventions.
- Ability to work cohesively in a multidisciplinary team.
- MAT certification for Addiction is a desirable attribute.
