The Carlisle Group is currently partnered with a growing natural foods grocer seeking a manager for the bakery department. This store thrives on providing top-notch service and healthy living options for their devoted customers.

The Bakery Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the bakery team in this privately-owned store, from supporting procurement to sales planning and merchandising. All baked goods are made from scratch, with a minor emphasis on vegan, gluten-free, and alternative baked goods.

We are seeking a creative leader who wants to truly ‘own’ the team results and be an architect for success. This position will be located in the Solvang, California area.

Ideal candidates will have previous management or supervisor experience in a retail bakery setting.
